If you instead use B12 shots with healthy eating, regular exercise, hormone balance, getting enough sleep, and stress reduction techniques, you are going to have a good time! With that in mind, let's talk about the benefits of B12 shots: #1. Increased energy and decreased fatigue. #2. Increased metabolism. #3. Improved sleep quality and depth of sleep. #4. Decreased depression. In order to get these benefits you MUST use B12 shots correctly. That means you need to get the right dose.
