Ingredients: • 3 oz box of Jello, ( Lime Jello ) • 2 quarter ounce packets Knox unflavored gelatin • 1 Tablespoon - Lemon Juice • 2 Tablespoons corn syrup • 4 tablespoons - water • 4 tbls. prepared cannabis tincture (1/4 cup) • Corn Starch • Cooking spray -------------------------------------------------------------- Equipment: 1-2 silicone candy molds (I use gummie squares) Medium to large microwave-safe bowl Mixing spoon Measuring cups Airtight container Cooling rack ---------------------------------------------------- Process: Instructions: Combine the Jell-O, unflavored gelatin and lemon juice, corn syrup and water in a medium- microwave-safe bowl and stir until fully blended, Stir gently, in a sweeping motion, until fully combined. Now let the mixture rest for 5 minutes. Pop the bowl in microwave for 30 seconds. Remove it and gently stir the mixture. Now hit it in the microwave in 20 second bursts until all the solids are dissolved. Once everything is dissolved it’s time to add your tincture. 4 Tablespoons (1/4 - cup) potency gummies. 6-8 mg THC,per gummie Let the bowl rest for another 10 minutes, gently stirring every couple of minutes, It should become translucent as it sits. This recipe makes roughly 35-40 gummy bears. Spray the molds with cooking spray. Then fill the mold(s) Let the gummies rest on the counter for a 1/2 hour. Pop them out of the mold. Place them in an airtight container. They’ll last the longest in the deep freeze.
